What do you do with your phone while running?

Flip belt has been the ticket for the last few years. But in the heat ( I live in the south) that thing is like a wet sponge and the phone is getting drenched. And when sopping wet is is falling down the hips.

what do you use to carry your phones? Any food shorts recommendations?

No, you don’t need your phone while you run. You think you do, but you don’t. My comment about people who ran 30 years ago was to make the point that you don’t actually need your phone. Believe it or not, you can survive running for an hour or however long you run without a phone. It’s healthy to disconnect.
