Some earlier results- as expected Anna Hall took the heptathlon (6677 points). Harrison Wiiliams with a PB of 8630 to take the decathlon. We continue to deteriorate in the HJ. In the women's version it's Vashti Cunningham and everyone else.

The 100s have been kinda slow so far at this meet with exception of Shacarri. I expected more sub 11s and more sub 10s.

Men's 100m went according to form. I'm only viewing the USATF page, wondering if Trayvon is running hurt. We'll find out in the final.

Pretty blah 100 on both sides.....Richardson looked good again, but nobody else stood out.
Times have been very pedestrian (except for Richardson)
Women's finals we know..........men might be a closer race.
Not a whole lot of the excitement in the air, to be honest.

She ran 10.75 FOUR years ago. She is talented but we can agree to disagree. She is not jogging 10.7s but maybe she is relaxed. Not sure she can run much faster. We shall see.

It is the semi finals, most of those guys aren't capable of going much under 10, and they have to save something for the finals.

The attendance at worlds last year was about as bad. Eugene will never ever be able to draw a crowd again. It's a cool stadium. But it sounds like a terrible place to travel to (probably an awesome place to live).
