The only effective way to fight doping is introduction of jail time. I tell you now if you jail just a few of them the message will sink in.Forget about banning for a few years.Many are willing to gamble for the 4 year ban.However many of them will think twice if they know they will go to jail.

You never stop lying. By 1990 there were 8 Kenyans in the top 250.
I will be happy with every Kenyan marathoner caught, and happy with every Kenyan sub 2:10 There will be hundreds of them.

This only happens in a few select areas like Eldoret, Kapsabet, ITEN but very few other areas where most kids aspire to be Premier League football players.
If you go to places like Nairobi, Nakuru, Mombasa, most people have no idea for example who Rhonex Kipruto is.
Most kids in Kenya have no idea who Kevin Kiptum is. True.

Most Kenyan kids aspire to be Premier League football players, but there are precisely zero Kenyan Premier League football players, so what does that exactly mean? I wish I could fly, and I wish I was 6ft 5, but that doesn't mean I 'aspire' to fly or be 6 ft 5, and nor do these wishes have any impact on my life or my life decisions. George Mills aspired to be a Premier League footballer like his father and his brother. He found his talent was at running.
