Not quite chief. The rules for Illinois residents buying weapons out of state are stricter than you think. Add on top the Chicago laws and it’s no easy process. Turn off CNN and read the laws for yourself (if you can read at all)
Someone make a list of how many times 10+ school kids were shot and killed in each country. Rare events can’t always been modeled well but simple occurrence of mass school shootings should bear out useable patterns.

If you include colleges there have been only 9 school shootings with 10+ casualties (a useless number you picked out of a hat) in the US since 1966. So what’s your point…
