All of the players wear sensors that give data that includes how much ground they covered. When Argentinian midfielder Alexis Mac Allister came of the game at the 116th minute he had covered 13.6 km. That’s pretty impressive. A lot of that was running since an outside midfielder will run a lot more than a forward runs in a game. I would guess that Messi walks about 50% of the game, is jogging for 25-30%, and is in a full out sprint 20-25%.
