There are no 'goods' at Mara Lago. It is exactly what it appears to be: a naked attempt to rig the next election by disqualifying the person most likely to defeat the current regime. We all lived through the Russia hoax. We all know what they did. And we all know they’re doing it again.
The FBI needs to be dismantled and started from scratch. The USA does not need 'brown shirts' to do the regimes dirty work.

I don’t know anyone in the intelligence world, but several people I know who were interested are very patriotic/nationalistic people. I do believe our intelligence community hates Trump and Trumpism, but not Republicans in general. As others have pointed out, the FBI director himself is a lifelong Republican. There is a “deep state” but it’s fairly bipartisan and America above all else.

Wray is just another Swamp Rat. He dodged out of a Senate hearing last week because he was late getting to his government provided jet standing by to fly him to the Adirondacks for a vacation. Trump was ignorant about the ways of DC and made a lot of mistakes with respect to appointing officials.

The FBI has been biased against republicans my entire life (50 years) and will always be biased against republicans. It's sad.
If Republicans didn’t commit crimes, they wouldn’t be investigated. The fact is the law doesn’t care what party you are. If you don’t like it, stop doing crimes. And stop supporting politicians who commit crimes.

No. There has NEVER been a permanent FBI director who wasn't an old-school, pre-Trump Republican. Hoover created a conservative, law-and-order-at-any-cost organization, and his politically-motivated abuses are well-documented.

As a reminder, the current director of the FBI is Christopher Wray. Wray was appointed by Donald Trump. Wray is neutral and apolitical. DJT wan't him to be otherwise but Wray would not be one of his sycophants. This infuriates DJT to this day.
