No:
a) That rule is only for 400 - 1609 m.
b) It's only for selected kinds of intersex athletes.
c) And they all can compete everywhere after reducing their testo.
I think the rule is intersex is banned from 400-1600... so 3000m indoor is okay, as is 3000m steeple. I believe Francine Niyonsaba ran 3000 outdoor at Doha DL earlier this year. I think most intersex move to 5000 instead of 3000 steeple because of the hurdles.
The Kenyan's hurdle technique is quite interesting.
