He has run only 6 seconds off Bairu's 5k PR BACK TO BACK(and Bairu's PR is more recent). Has beaten him heads up.

Coolsaet has run 13:22, Bairu handled him quite well at Nationals last week.

Coolsaet also made the World Championships, but gets maybe a hundredth of the hype Ritz does.

if you think bairu was only capable of 13:43 and 28:04 last month when he won the national meet, you are the one who is kidding himself.

Bairu's 5K PR is not close to his potential...how many 10Kers could add 19 seconds onto their 5K PR and do it twice? Is Kenny B's 10K WR under 26? No!!!!!!!!
