Kim McDonald didn’t coach Cacho, what are you talking about Coevett? It is funny though cuz he did coach/mentor Elliott and in the second act of his career a ton of great Kenyans like Ngeny, Komen and Kiptanui. It is curious you believe that the Kenyans must have procured EPO for themselves. Don’t see you extending this claim elsewhere.
Rashid Ramzi pb age 22 = 3:44.85, pb age 23 = 3:39.3
Katir pb age 20 = 3:40.84, pb age 22 = 3:36.59
Your theory of age dosent stand solide. You have a big example in your country (Mo Farah). In athletics, there are things called "conditions" and "peak of a runner". Others runners are favorited when young by the altitude they were living in and the early development of the body (example of Ingerbrigsten).
By the way, Herb Eliott had a real shape of middle distance runner.

As for young wanting and dreaming of "immigration", it's an old problem related to poverty. You can here my answer, to a Moroccan wanting to immigrate to Spain to "Break the 1500m WR" (as you can see there were a lot of upvote for him).

There a lot of Sub-Saharien African African trying immigration daily too.
If you wan my opinion about it:
This is a worldwide problem of distribution of wealth in the world. Compare for example the difference of GPD between Spain and Morocco. While the Geographic distance is of 14 Km.

Katir pb age 20 = 3:40.84, pb age 22 = 3:36.59
No results from Ramzi before 2002 on the IAAF site. When did he start with athletics? Same for Katir, when did he start with serious training? Aouita ran 3:37.0 at age 20, also started late.
There are many possible explanations for reaching world class well after age 20.

You are actually defending Ramzi's progression.
This is the type of person who eagerly plays the race card as a form of doping apologism.
Katir has been training and competing for years, his first entry on his profile page is 1:59 for 800m at age 16. Before he 'shaved' 8 seconds off his 1500m pb and narrowly missed the European record, he was mostly an Instagram 'influencer' famous for his extraordinarily ripped physique.
I've gone through Aouita's progression 100 times. He did not 'start late'. He claims he ran close to the Moroccan national record in his first race at age 16. He spent three years at an elite sporting academy in France and didn't progress until he was 22/23 and moved to the blood doping bastion of Italy and started wintering in Mexico and the USA, when he almost overnight turned from somebody who wasn't even good enough to pace Coe and Ovett to being a GOAT contender at everything from 800 to 10000m.
Oh, and all the doping scandals associated with him, but as you just defended Ramzi, I guess that means as little to you as it does to Passant.
And btw, Elliott started late. He broke the world record within two years of lacing up a running shoe. He was likely nowhere near his peak when he retired at age 22. As stated in the article, he was fully expected to smash 3:50 for the mile on cinders.

I'm not defending anything. When has Ramzi started to train seriously?
100 times and can't get a simple number correct. But genious level IQ - yeaaah.

Actually the geographic distance is 0.0 Km. They share a couple of land borders, Ceuta and Melilla, and also a tidal island, Peñón de Vélez de la Gomera where the distance is either 0.0 Km or 0.02 Km depending on the state of the tide.
