Yes I'm 170cm height started weight of 91kg which was overweight. I have built up mileage slowly over a six months period while losing weight. Current mileage is 50-55km/week and weight is 74kg .
I think now I am ready to do some faster stuff without major risk of injury, although I could still stand to lose some more weight.
