my work just changed my schedule this week and I have to work wednesday afternoon and early evenings. do you guys ever have any different runs any other day of the week? I run at 9 minute pace. Is that ok?

ok so i was in a running store tonight (wednesday) around 6:30 and there was a group going running from there AND two guys were working (good looking chaps, but i'm not gay so i'm not really one to comment) so i assume this is the store you are talking about???

i'm pretty sure all of this is BS, and if this "runner gurl" is legit, she needs to provide some kind of verification, like maybe what her area code is, cause right now there are literally hundreds of running shop employees the country over vigorously fantasizing about a female runner wanting to ask them out. Put up or shut up, and let this f***ing thread die.

if it is a group run they should have people running at different levels, and if not I would think one person would be willing to go easy and run with you, thats the way it works at our group runs

hey Dub, what's your mile pace now that you don't run as much, what with all those supreme court nominations you have to make and vacations you have to take?

If you run 9-min pace you will have to be super-hot (or they will have to be baggars) to get any attention.

They will not be able to tolerate running with you for any amount of time. Hell, I couldn't tolerate running 7:00 pace with slow teammates most of the time.

best way to find out their names...ask them. i doubt they will be offended. sounds like ya'll share a common interest...running, and if you're lucky, they will like girls too. if so, i bet you can make something happen.

Runner Girl. Why would you even want to go out with guys who work in a running shop. Grown men I might ask. They make s*** for money. With no future unless you own the store.

Set your expectations a little higher and go out with a guy with a real job and future.
