She didn't improve from 22.18 to 21.68. For the two years in between she was only capable of 22-high. Her improvement in the last year has been from that level to now being second only to Flojo, the biggest doper in women's sprints. The spike of over 1 second also occurred over the period of her 3 missed tests. It isn't hard to join those dots.
But if course, if she's doping she has plenty of company out there on the track. There's Fraser-Pryce burning it up at 35 and Okagbare doing the same at 32. And Richardson.
