So the testers should come back for 3 successive days. Miss one day, you notify them that day and come back again the following day.
Coming back for 3 consecutive days would either catch most of the dopers, or they would get suspended anyway for missing 3 drug tests.
The 3 days in a row testing strategy is SOOOO simple, the only reason it hasn't been implemented is because they aren't really trying to catch dopers. They are only PRETENDING to try to catch dopers.

Naser has been banned for missing 3 tests. Thomas must have had high quality excuses. But no different. Another juicer.

Why would you go to the movies during your testing period? I didn’t say I thought she was on drugs because that’s not my main point. My point is that this makes the sport look bad. If you miss three tests, you should serve a ban. Follow the damn rules. It’s not normal to miss three tests. Not normal at all. I understand missing 1 test, but it should be a top priority to make sure you don’t. So to miss 3, whatever the circumstances are is either terrible luck, you’re not very smart (not the case here) or your hiding something.
Testers can show up outside the window the athlete provides and its these tests that have proven troublesome for several athletes who were caught at home and in the middle of their micro-dosing cycle before the daily clear.
USADA is no better than RUSADA in catching dopers because they don’t want to catch any big fish if they can avoid it. You want to shake the truth out subpoena the phone records of USADA chief Travis Tygart and lawyers like Paul Greene.
Here is the deal. The one hour window is for when the tester may arrive and the athlete MUST be present. Allowing the athlete to come home “from the movies” or “give me a few minutes to secretly consume a masking agent” or “use syringe to inject clean pee” is not part of the one hour window for these very reasons. The phone call is to serve as 2 things; a) confirm the athlete is not inside the home and able to immediately come out and b) confirm a missed test
Her 3rd miss in which she was given a pass because witnesses said no one ever knocked is ignoring the reality that she had the opportunity to effectively bribe each into confirming this story as she stood to lose her entire salary so a few hundred bucks to each to tell the same simple story of “we heard nothing” ala Sgt Schultz is easy cover. I agree testers should be required to take video footage of their failed attempts but also Thomas DID NOT offer to submit her phone location in her defense. I don’t know if she was actually doping and trying to hide it or simply irresponsible but one person close to the situation told me she wasn’t at the group home at the time of the test.
Her times are very similar to Marion Jones who was an undisputed drug cheat. So I am interested to see numerous sprinters (and distance runners) posting incredible times. I think there are a few new PEDs out there that currently are undetected.

Hang on. someone has already said; 'where is the decision?', so all we have to go on is news reports, and these apparently excuse her by saying; 'all her mates she was with say the tester didnt knock?'
Her mates backing her up isnt credible evidence!!! If the tester says he was there and knocked, its got to be a bit better than your mates telling fibs to counter that. surely the tester must take a selfie video of knocking? a selfie photo at minute 1 outside the door, and a selfie photo at minute 60? these events are critical to an athlete's career and are bound to be countered in court.
Furthermore, there must be a consequence and reparation for every missed test; say 24hrs to get to a testing centre and have full bloods and everything done, even hair and polygraph, lol.
The pharmakinetics are stacked against the testing system. why is the testing system also stacked against itself. its as if the entire athletic world doesnt want drug testing to work.

Even that we only have from Gabby's twitter. The interesting part is that the evidence she admitted upon AIU's original request after months months of back and forth was deemed insufficient, resulting in the provisional ban.
Another month later, she submitted "new evidence" according to AIU; Gabby herself has never said what the old, insufficient evidence and what the new, sufficient evidence was. And why she chose to not submit the "new evidence" before getting banned.
Let's not forget that we are talking about months of back and forth between AIU and the suspect; in other cases that was about eight months *before* the provisional ban!
But yes, case closed. No party is revealing the details.
And yet, one of the missions of AIU was enhanced transparency...
