That is circular logic. The first offer comes in today which makes it the biggest. She should sign? The next offer comes in tomorrow and it is larger. She should sign then? You never know when and what the biggest offer is.

She can make millions now or she can make millions later. It's not as high stakes as you all are making it out to be. There is a bidding war already underway, you can be sure. My guess is that she takes a deal soon, and handles the contingency that she runs under 1:55 at the Trials or medals at the Olympics with escalator clauses of some kind, as well as with bonuses for U20, American and World Records. She's in the driver's seat. She doesn't have to settle for what shoe companies WISH they could sign her for.
And for the clowns who say she's not the most marketable athlete available because she's not as beautiful as your favorite female athlete . . .
1. She is beautiful and more magnetic and engaging then anyone else in track and field right now; and
2. Times are changing and women can be paid for talent, just like Galen Rupp and Mo Farah once were.
+1+1+1
She is very likely to be USA's biggest star for the foreseeable future. I think she has a chance to transcend T&F stardom alone. Think Simone Biles, not Galen Rupp (that's a joke comparison btw despite his medals, and if people don't see this, then they don't get global sports marketing).
This community comprises a large base of track fans. If they are saying that she is not beautiful, you can't tell them that she is . It is an individual and public opinion. Some think she is and some think she isn't. I do believe that she will get a 5 year deal worth about $1.5M this week though. I liked her innocence at the start of the year. Her most recent press conference was with a different version.

This community is comprised of a large base of Neanderthals.

Let me be the first to say, "LOL. No."
She'll make twice that, at a minimum.
The money is drying up. That will be a great deal today.

You gotta be trolling if you are saying athing has the same marketability as Sydney McLaughlin
Sydney McLaughlin is making around $1.5 million per year. I think Athing Mu will make $500k per year. 1/3 the money, 1/3 the marketability. Makes sense.
Agree, I think she'll be pulling around 500k.
She is a MAJOR talent in 2 events (3 if you count the 4x400) and is charming to watch. Her marketability potential is huge.
If she makes the Olympic team (which she will) she should after this year.
on a side note, we are having a renaissance moment with female 800 meter runners from Roisin to Sophia to Athing to Juliette.
I would have done it yesterday
