He can be or not be a relative to Noah. Because surnames in Kenya not always follows family. Surnames can be given a child of what circumstances they are born under. I don't know about Ngeny, but Kipngeny is Kalenjin name for someone born when the goats salt lick, or something like that!

Actually it could be something as simple as when Russell Dinkins gave Michael Saruni his first pair of running shoes. He’s credited Russell with his success. The first thing shouldn’t be drugs, some people just don’t have money, resources. Just like a black person in America and the best colleges. Our elementary and high schools barely have enough school books. But whatever, what do I kno?

You do not have any evidence. Why assume drugs? I don't know your age, but Seb Coe went from 1:48ish to 1:44.xx in a short time period if I recall. Eight-hundred metres is difficult for which to train. Does an 800m athlete train like a 400m athlete plus (30 to 40) road miles a week? Does an 800m athlete train like a 1500m man plus one or two extra speed sessions per week? We are going to see numerous athletes racing 1:42.51 to 1:43.99 every year. Athletes racing sub-1:41.5 will continue to be rare. On the women side we will see many women racing 1:56 to 1:58 but sub-1:55 will continue to be rare on the women side. Have you noticed on World Athletics, they do not show Seb Coe's complete 800m progression? If it were shown Coe's 1974 to 1976 800m results, would say Coe was using? Some athletes in their late teens & early twenties commit to vigorous training and results show.

Have you given a thought that perhaps he had a change in coaching? Most Kenyan athletes running down upto 1:47 are self coached with advice on training programs from retirrd world class athletes. Most likely he works for the police, Prisons department, military or other such organizations which support sports. It appears that someone(coach) noticed his potential and gave him a chance to join Global Sports Communication at Kaptagat. For those not familiar, this is the club featuring Eliud Kipchoge, Geoffrey Kamworor, Faith Kipyegon among others. We are told in the video that he trains with Wycliffe Kinyamal who ran 1:43 in Doha Diamond League 2021. From this information we can see that it is possible to make such an improvement and this young man is going to run 1:42 this year because it appears he has found the right program(coach) for him.

lol. Yet retired Russian athletes that have moved to America have been interviewed and said the exact opposite thing. I’ll believe the athletes themselves and the investigators.

Even then there are still tons of Russian that are still competing. They just can’t under the Russian flag. Wrestling will still be dominated by Russia for example.
