Yeah sure workouts in high school track have too long recovery but most high school track coaches are also the football coach or some d1ck who doesn’t know anything about track. Also yeah sure your workouts would make most kids vomit but most kids turning out for varsity track would vomit doing any workouts cause they’re not fit. Doing work off short recovery is the right way to go don’t get me wrong but I just don’t think your plan is especially hard and it’s not like you’ve reinvented the wheel like you claim
