Dems (the party of Crime) just don't get it. You DO NOT release/commute sentences of violent offenders so they can go attempt more murders. THE PARTY OF CRIME AND THE PARTY OF CRIMINALS..
A man whose life prison sentence was commuted by Barack Obama, and who now faces more prison time after being charged with attempted murder, was once a darling of Democrats in Congress.
A Friday morning session in the unicameral Nebraska legislature devolved into chaos after one Democratic lawmaker began shouting her support for transgender people.

god help us if this shows how the 'conservatives' want to run the nation.
The study found that murder rates in the 25 states Trump carried in 2020 are 40% higher overall than in the states Biden won. (The report used 2020 data because 2021 data is not yet fully available.) The five states with the highest per capita murder rate — Mississippi, Louisiana, Kentucky, Alabama and Missouri — all lean Republican and voted for Trump.

The murder rates are so high in those states because of all the Democrat-run cities with incredible murder rates and the liberal DAs who keep releasing murderers and rapists and pedophiles. Conservatives want law and order. Dems want violence and murders.

All have another demographic commonality that you aren't allowed to mention.
Why are the murder rates so much higher in red states than blue states? There are also poor black folks and poor white folks in NY, PA, etc. There are certainly cities in big blue northern states.
Somehow Democrats can keep their crime down, unlike the ruby red states in trumplandia.
Despite politicized claims that this rise was the result of criminal justice reform in liberal-leaning jurisdictions, murders rose roughly equally in cities run by Republicans and cities run by Democrats. So-called red states actually saw some of the highest murder rates of all. This data makes it difficult to pin recent trends on local policy shifts and reveals the central flaw in arguments that seek to politicize a problem as complex as crime. Instead, the evidence points to broad national causes driving rising crime.

Oh I know the answer to this one. It's because of the blue cities inside of the red states.

Really? Isn't it interesting that New York City's population has a higher percentage of black people and a higher percentage of Hispanic people than Florida does, yet FL has a markedly higher homicide rate than NYC?
So, tgf: Are you saying that those five states have a high percentage of white and Asian folks? Is that the demographic commonality that you're not allowed to mention?
Or could it just possibly be the case that there are other factors playing a bigger role than the party affiliation of officials, and the race of their constituents?

There are other factors, but race is a massive factor. The data is overwhelming.
If you're liberal, you're right to just ignore subject of crime and democraphics. You will get clobbered by the data.

So you're saying the higher percentage of whites/Asians in Florida *is* the reason it has a higher homicide rate? Sorry, just want to understand your position here.

And the blue states don't have "Democrat-run cities"?
President Biden says some Republicans want to intentionally default on America's debt to hurt his re-election chances. He argues he would be "blameless."
