Have to be careful making illegal immigration too much of a partisan issues. You won't have all the Dems on the same side on this.
I'm not a dem or a liberal, so I don't worry about "Who's on which side?" on this issue. And since I'm not a D or an R, pretty much the same on any other issue.
Well, other than Trumpism. We need as many Rs, Ds, and independents as possible to see it for the huge threat that it is. And to put pretty much everything else in second place until it's clearly in the rear view mirror....if that ever happens.

2) As*h*** libs who also don't really care about El Paso, and would say that I'm somewhere between horribly insensitive and downright racist to even refer to them as ILLEGAL immigrants.

True, modern urban life is subsidized by low-paid immigration (legal and illegal) - impossible to find a nanny or housecleaner or laborer who isn't a recent immigrant. But many people don't benefit from this or even have their wages competed away by this system. And those who do benefit work in white-collar professions, where they also benefit from tightly controlled and enforced immigration laws and occupational licensing in their jobs.

Of course people along the border - anyone suffering from excessive illegal immigration - have a reason to complain, and potentially hold one party more responsible than the other. You're not talking to an ideologue. If not paying enough attention to the border hurts one or both party, so be it.

Your party fired veterans from service for refusing the vax- a moronic move. Biden is a warmonger, he's meddling in Ukraine, wasting billions of over there and not exacting larger commitments from NATO.
