Well there's no witness at all to him passing the camera at the 22 mile mark of the Sprouts Marathon. I'd love to hear his explanation for that one. "I've always been totally transparent in my racing. So transparent that i actually became invisible for a while during that marathon and so didn't show up on the camera."

Links to the video were posted on this thread weeks ago, but the video has apparently since been removed from all of its earlier sites.

Anybody can sue anybody for anything. Winning is another story.
An opinion based on disclosed facts isn't libel. There is no case against Derek. California has a strong anti-slapp law, any lawyer who is not a moran would advise Frank not to sue, Frank would have to pay all Derek's legal bills.
Scott Dominguez might have a tenuous case against the poster who registered his name. I wouldn't expect it to succeed but it might not get laughed out of court. To the poster going as Scott Dominguez, it's not a good idea to poke lawyers with a stick.
