The presumptive Republican nominee for President supports terminating the Constitution.

In December 2022, Donald Trump called for the termination of the United States Constitution, citing his long-debunked Big Lie of a stolen election.
Of the 336 former and current GOP members of Congress and governors listed in CREW’s tracker, only 36 have commented on Trump’s call to terminate the constitution at all.
From these comments, 29 officials have disagreed with Trump’s statement to terminate the constitution and seven officials do not see his remarks as problematic or a threat to our democracy.

Trump has decided that he is too much of a big shot to bother to show up at his Carrol Rape case. This is not going over well with the Judge and Jury. The Defense lawyer essentially saying they he doesn't know if or when Trump will decide to show up in Court. Meanwhile Trump is rage tweeting bad stuff about the defendant on Truth social. I guess he believes he can mount his defense not under oath on his crappy social media account.

Keep in mind that this man was President of the United States and his supporters truly believed he was playing 3D chess at all times through his superior intelligence.

maybe you are not aware of this, but Fox intentionally spread lies that the election was stolen. They have had to pay nearly a billion dollars so far for those intentional lies.

If you remember waaaaaay back to 1/6/2021 you may remember those lies are why thousands of Republicans stormed the Capitol Building, fought the blue, attempted to kill the vice president and actually succeeded in stopping the naming of a new president.

Because he was motivated by a popular, partisan Democratic cause.

Trump is going to be The Retribution President. The top priority of his next Presidency will be Retribution for all liberals have done - stolen elections, Deep State weaponized investigations, destruction of Christianity, marginalizing Russia, shutting down the country, legalizing crime. Not only will Trump fix all that, he will seek retribution against liberals for all those harms they have purposely inflicted on decent, tax-paying, J. Christ-fearing Americans. Punishment.

That's not incitement of violence to overthrow the US government that would require congress to censor, as you and AOC claimed. Tucker interviewing Sydney Powell isn't incitement of violence.

It’s certainly a gray area. Not an easy question but clearly courts and Fox itself are saying Fox really shouldn’t have intentionally spread news that inspired insurrectionists to attempt to overturn the government of the United States of America.

Obviously the first amendment does not protect speech planning coup attempts and the like. It’s called conspiracy to sedition and is a crime. You and I are arguing where to draw that line.but the line exists.

You are reacting hysterically to right wing media headlines, making up facts. AOC of course did not say Fox should be censored. But you invented that she is. So that's point one.

Point two is what AOC and I are saying. That there is a line and it should be discussed and decided upon trying to decide what is conspiracy to sedition/incitement to violence and what is 1A protected speech. Fox and other right wing media may have approached that line and that's a big deal.

Two former associates of ex-White House advisor Steve Bannon will be going to prison for defrauding donors in a campaign that purported to build former President Donald Trump's southern border wall.
U.S. Air Force veteran Brian Kolfage, 41, was sentenced to more than four years in prison, and Andrew Badolato, 58, to three years. Both pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud last year.
"The fraud perpetrated by Mr. Kolfage and Mr. Badolato went well beyond ripping off individual donors," U.S. District Judge Analisa Torres said during the sentencing hearing. "They hurt us all by eroding the public's faith in the political process."

and if you want to talk about government censorship, I hope you will look to Florida, where the governor of a state is wielding government power to punish a company because the governor disagrees with that company's politics. The governor of Florida is clearly telling other companies 'if you publically disagree with me I will use the power of the government to beat you.'

That's the censorship you should care about, not the noodlings of a backbench junior representative. That is bush league banana republic government and no 'conservative' is pushing back.
