Joe is far from what he used to be. He trips over his words (and his feet), he spends too much time listening to the far left and has a history of odd behavior with women. The worst region is the southern eastern seaboard, from NJ down

It will be interesting how the New England states do in the next few weeks. Five of the six make up the top 10 most fully vaccinated states. However, 5 of the top 13 states in 14-day average for cases per capita are also in New England.

For instance, Maine has the highest fully vaccinated percentage (35%), but has seen a 32% increase in cases (6th highest per capita) and a 21% increase in hospitalizations over the last 2 weeks. Hopefully, the vaccine will reduce the number of deaths that historically have followed increases in cases.

The states with the least cases per capita (14-day average) are mainly in Southwest and South (CA, OK, AR, HI, MS, AL, AZ, NM). All fewer than 10 cases/100K per day.
