Ok what is more of a realistic hire?
Nebraska recruiting co-ordinator with time at Power Five's as Volunteer etc. Goes to Sun belt school.
Or
Power Five hiring Wine Store manager
Power Five hiring Division 2 Coach who is more of a sprint coach
Power Five hiring a SWAC Coach with 0 quality distance runners on her resume
D1 hiring someone with 1 year of coaching experience who took 9 years away from coaching after college
D3 hiring an admissions counselor with 0 Track Coaching experience and 0 competing experience?
The issue is that there's better quality females/minorities that could be hired not that they are being hired. You don't hear a lot of complaints about the Towson, or Maryland hires both of which were qualified young female hires.
