Disagree. Remember when Robert Young was putting up those amazing stretches, something like 2:25 for 25 miles or whatever it was? Many people knew that was too fast to be true, but his backers relied on the "it's possible" story. A human can do it, so why can't he? It wasn't until an eye witness saw the van drive by with no RY on foot that it really blew up.
For the cheatin' Ninja, 1 & 2 above throw major doubt into it but the proof is the eye witness accounts, photos, phone log, and receipt that absolutely prove she skipped miles. That's when everyone knows that while some person is capable of those times, Kaiha is not.
My point was simply to explain why whiteblaze closed the thread: the folks there (who discuss trail running/speed hiking) realized that claims 1 & 2 were not possible - no reason to continue with all the other stuff (photos, logs, etc.).
I understand what you're about the "facebook" crowd though.
I'm a big fan of Karl and his accomplishment - a great of example of setting a goal and achieving it!

Regarding the woman, I doubt she could run a single mile at 6 hour 50 mile pace.
