In theory, and altitude tent does change a person's blood profile.
However, the research shows that it is ineffective at really stimulating the changes experienced at actually altitude (even in a live high-train low setting).
But, because it could in affect changes in theory, altitude stimulus from a tent has been accepted to explain bipassport changes (Looking at cycling reasoned decision and CIRC report information).

Their "big scoop" is that someone emailed someone else saying we should try to focus on positive news about the sport and not just blood and pee-pee.
Then they had 2/3 of a page in colour about how terrible it is for Paula having her reputation questioned, without conceding that they were pretty much behind it.
It looks like they have completely run out of stuff to write about.
I want to see Ashenden and Parisiotto respond again and say what they think about the three high off scores. Because everything was based on their statements that they were suspicious.

Only that someone was the head of UKAD doing the IAAF's bidding.
Practically, that is correct. IAAF/UKA has the authority to tell UKAD exactly what to do/say.
The problem is, the IOC sports have gone to great lengths to suggest NADOs like UKAD have some independence and authority. It generates doubt about IOC sport integrity.
You missed the part where Paula's autobiography directly contradicts her prepared statement.
You also missed the part where Paula compares off-scores from one athlete to another as an excuse that her scores are normal-ish. Only, that's not how it works at all. You don't compare athletes. It turns out her score is waaaaay off.
Paula is so clean she's waited months and fought detailed disclosure and attempted to misdirect at every opportunity.
