I still have AAPL in longer-term holdings. This was hust to make a few bucks. I don’t talk specifics, but for me this was a very easy bet, and a very easy few thousand bucks. They add up. It is by chips like this, here and there, some of which I talk about on here, that I have always outperformed the markets. I used to be much more active in trades, but still do a few. I prefer to have cash handy rather than tied up. There are still good individual stock trades to be made.
I will find better opportunities than AAPL for the money, which is all discretionary. I have bought and sold AAPL on here before, and remain open to it as a short-term vehicle. It is because I go in and out so quickly that I never get caught in a crash, yet still manage to make good money. I am probably more paranoid than Igy about markets, yet still manage to make use of them—but it does require work, something I am trying to do less of, which is why I have been testing that b&h.
