Things have started to settle in the California coaching scene. Staff completions are in the process right now. Here is a current update on California coaching positions:

Cal (Head Coach) - Robyne Johnson

CSUN- (Head Coach) - Justin Johnson

Stanford- (Head Coach) - JJ Clark

UC Davis - (Head Coach) - Ngoni Makusha

UCSB- (Head Coach) - Darius Terry

UC Irvine (Distance Coach) - Decision August 1st. It's down to two: Current Big West Coach vs Former Pac-12 Coach

You left off Fullerton’s Throws Position

So, according to alums, P -hen is using Texas A&M as a stepping stone to go elsewhere.

What about Fresno State Head Position ?

Interesting, this will be his 16th year at A&M so that is a really impressive stepping stone.

Every school is a stepping stone? Only on this thread. Most coaches I know look find a solid job and try to put down some roots.

What was the rumor mill churning at USA’s? What hires should we expect this week?

Actually I care. Interesting to know which schools have waivers or not.

But I've also heard the same thing from other sources that ND doesn't care about giving waivers to those athletes. Need around a 32 ACT to get in. Which makes it even more impressive what the men's team did this year.

And no not Carlson, not even anywhere close to him. Just giving credit where credit is due. You must be sour for not being recognized for this job.

That's sickening. UCI head cross country coach only paid between 33k-37k the last 7 years.

So who are the Big West vs PAC 12 candidates then? Damn they must be starving.

Is Darius Terry/UCSB official or just "expected"? There's nothing on the UCSB website.

Any ideas on who Robyne will hire? She got rid of Nick already, who else will survive (besides Chas)

At this point? Probably any local high school or middle school coach that applies.

Maybe even volunteer coaches / parents from a youth track club.

Those with criminal records should not be deterred either.

Western Kentucky needs a HEAD coach before they can some a sprint coach

They have hired a head coach.
