This is actually an out of character but hugely nail on the end response.
If we look at sirpoc training , which we can daily, this is basically what he's doing and continues to improve. Those who follow what he's done as close as possible, in general have had the best results. I don't think it's also necessarily sport specific, as he's been kind enough to share a ton of data across two sports of which he's reached a level most of us could only dream of as hobbyists. I think that's the key, using your precious time as wisely as you can and that firmly fits into this category.
