Travel and major family weekday workouts. Ran and biked with family or my partner almost every morning with her before work or after their day jobs. Missed family, very much needed.
Will be traveling back and forth to the other side of the USA a good bit of the summer, excited. Looking for running recommendations and trails in SD.
Ran with my former XC coach/HS teacher, going to come back out in the following week to crew for a trail ultra for him.
Currently testing some training ideas I've wanted to explore on myself with training. Enjoying doubles but also doing longer stuff whenever I feel like it. Long run and bike depending on what my Triathlete friends are doing for their weekend workouts.
