Getting back now to UK athletics, when was the last doping positive they had? And I don't recall any UK athletes listed on the FB leaked document? And other than Mo & Muir, there aren't really any suspiciously fast runners that I'm seeing. I thought O'Hara might be a sub-3:30 guy, but I was surprised to see his PB is only 3:33 - and at Monoco! That leaves Superstar Mo and very fast Muir - what is your thought on these two stars?

And I don't know - does "everyone dope" at the highest level of the sport? (I would hope not). And if so, equally? That's probably the hardest question to answer, and there may not be answer without talking to someone on the inside. IMO, if everyone is doping equally that would mean all the traditional PEDs are being used, e.g., EPO, steroids, HGH, etc. This seems unlikely but I don't know - with today's microdosing strategy it's easy to avoid detection even with the current ABP software . And there are the "TUEs," which are very easy to obtain, and WADA doesn't seem to question much (e.g. corticosteroids, thyroid medication, stimulants, tramadol, etc.). So, is most everyone using TUEs where there's no risk of a positive, an ABP sanction or a scandal? Will future historians look back at this time period as the TUE doping-era? ?

thats what i figured but duck, i like the guy but its a bit much sometimes. like he only posts when he is black out wasted and cant make coherent sentences and i think one time he said or someone said he is from NZ? i have asked over and over what this speed peptide is and he never answers

so a sauced up version of IGF-1.

IGF-1, thyroid meds, L-carnitine, macro vit D, diuretics, and other things that TUEs are granted for that people on here cant seem to grasp. i would say majority of the TUEs being used are for MASKING, or keeping hormones, blood sugar and other cell functions in healthy ratios.

i did some research once on here and posted links, of course it was DELETED...but it was on a number of the chemicals/hormones that people where shown to have TUEs for. what i found was these things were being used to treat deficiencies....then all i had to do was search on them google, what PED caused this deficiency. pretty easy. then i did the searching on what L-carnitine and macro dosing of vit D would to if mixed with certain PEDs

and it was pretty f*cking easy to see what was going on

HGH messes with peoples thyroid, so they need to take T3 and T4, depending on if your being deficient or over producing. they also take IGF-1 and all its relatives to also keep the thyroid in check, and it also helps increase the effects of what HGH and anabolics do. the L-carnitine in big enough doses also works together with the HGH, and IGF-1. if i remember correctly the vit D in macro doses helps with those as well, as well as is important in the kidneys for generation of EPO....this would help with rEPO for say al sal and his micro dosing, as well as being a MASKING agent to dilute the rEPO with natural production of it.

it was a much more detailed list, with links etc. but it was deleted like most things i work hard on to share on here. maybe if i was an ex pat living not living in the US, an amateur coach with no medical background maybe, just maybe i would have the authority to make CONCLUSIONS based on collected data...but alas im a nobody, i never even ran track. EPO and PEDs dont work

What's your thoughts on microdosing rEPO as a masking agent for blood doping? I believe upon re-infusion of RBCs, Hb shoots up and RET% drop precipitously consequently jacking up the off-score. So, would microdosing rEPO raise RET% bringing down the off-score but yet maintaining high Hb during competition? Didn't Ashenden bring this up at one time or another? (I can't find the link but I recall someone posting about this on another doping thread).

masking agents and catalysts to help maximize the micro dosing. in the US and europe testing is harder and more frequent so they have to micro. if you micro you need to macro dose on L-carnitine, vit D and other things that was exposed that al sal was using. "but but but none of those are illegal" like come on, dont be so naive LRers. use google, figure out how taking those two in LARGE dosages would give you an edge.

i do not think micro rEPO is masking for blood doping.

you take rEPO in the base phase, at the end of your base phase is when you would draw out your blood to save it in the fridge to later inject back in during your big summer racing time.

so during your base phase you are micro (in the US and europe, full on dosing in kenya/ehtiopia) at ALTITUDE....why? well altitude raises your natural EPO, combine this with rEPO and macro dosing of vit D and boom your maximizing your sh*t! then you extract that blood for later on in the season.

with a nice mixture of rEPO and natural EPO and a window of detection of only 12hrs max, it will be hard to bust you.

i think whats the kicker here is you have guys in the US like dr brown...they look at blood values of these athletes and figure out individual dosages to keep athletes in check. over in kenya you have some italians that claim to have a mainframe full of blood data...and a hospital that rudisha paid for to more than likely keep blood values in check
