Still not as good as Ben Scheetz....
Campbell won in a 3:44.7
Escher 3:45.5
Coffey 3:46.1

He better have run 1:48 considering he had Jesse Garn and NJNY club guys in his heat.
I think Campbell is the new favorite for the 1500.
Bijan 29:40 running the last 5k alone and winning by 56 seconds. Decent showing.
it was also 67 degrees and pretty humid. I was there and ran like shit.
I want to agree with you but last year Campbell beat Escher in every serious 1500 up until nationals last year. Escher seems to always have another gear when it comes to the big dance.
Hey Paul, I thought you went to St. Olaf? Or did some bub there smack your little rat pecker into orbit so they wouldn't have to put up with your early celebrations and annoyingly large collection of NCAA trophies? Either way, Williams welcomes you with open arms but not until you stop teasing the poor kids. They just want to study.
Starting to get really curious about how the 10k will play out. Will lamere go from the gun, or not? Seems like he could put in a hard 3k so nobody wants to go with and then ease off. Thorson likely doubles and runs for 2nd and a locked up 8 points so he is still fresher for the 5k?
thorson in the 10? That's not going to be an easy 2nd place
NCC sends 2 entries to the Illini Twilight, wins 2 events.
This is one of the craziest 1 week stretches in d3 1500 ever. Two 3:44s and marquardt hasn't even taken a crack at a fast one yet. Plus two at 3:45.
Do you think Bijan will run at Payton Jordan?
He just soloed a 10k in bad weather, so I doubt he will be running it again next weekend.

I would love to see a post-season full mile with the St. Olaf/CMS guys, Sebhat, Marquadt, Garcia-Cassani, Pitone, and whoever the hell else wants to show up just to see how many D3 could put under 4 this year.
Also, Marquadt is entered in the mile at Penn Relays.

Winning time would probably be 4:01-4:02. I'm sure a lot of people thought Paul was for sure going to break 4 last post season and he only got to 4:03 I believe.
A few fast steeple times at the Augustana Meet with NCC leading the charge.
