What do you even mean by Russians? The Russian state or some Russian hackers?

Weren't Hillary's cyber security so bad that those emails could have been hacked by almost any hacker?

Hillary was careless and sloppy.

It's not on shaky grounds because it is stupid in the first place. There is no evidence but even if it was Russia that hacked Hillary's emails then what? Hillary was an arrogant idiot and didn't even bother with security.

17 different intelligence agencies who have studied this, claim the Russians were hacking and spreading false information.

Zero agencies who have studied this came away with the conclusion that Russia did not hack or spread false information.

Yet you choose to believe that Russia did not hack or spread false information. That is very odd indeed.

Odder still are those who claim Russia's successful intrusion in our election is no big deal.
