He is trying to lower school debt but I heard they aren't taking any new applications because a Texas lawsuit. But young students in debt, it turns out if you help them, then they might help you back. Based! He made a 15% minimum corporate tax. Super based. He got us out of Afghanistan. Super based. People criticize this but Trump couldn't get this done but he talked about it a lot. He is threatening to tax oil companies for not sharing their profits and lowering gas prices although it's just talk so far at this point. Biden is a rotting skeleton but as far as policy goes, he is not super progressive but he is doing more than nothing. Not a great talker but on policy, better than Obama.

HOWEVER, I DID put in that caveat that the Zero chance of winning was ONLY if he didn't cheat (and also that aliens didn't come down here and make us all vote for him). As we can never know what the result would have been if he hadn't cheated, we can't know for CERTAIN what the result would have been. I DO believe he still would have won, but cheating takes away the Zero possibility.
