Yeah! I didnt know until I try now;however,I feel sore in these areas of triceps, quadiceps and hamstrings. It is the areas where muscles were loose and yanging up and now it tightening up.The body is well balance while I am running.Not only the physical body, the mind becomes sharper too.Bingooo!!!
I drop about a gallons of water this morning when I was climbing the hills and that means the weight lost.I know you agree with me.
It was 21mwp + 47mhc + 17mcd =85 minutes. The whole is full of sweats.
