I think we are probably closer in agreement than you might think. I don't think his punishment for being a duplicitous cheater for a decade or more in running races should necessarily extend to his professional life of doctoring. No, I have not reached out to his employer or to the medical board. If he comes clean, I never will and can let it go. If he gets excoriated by some major national, or at a minimum a large local source like LA Times, than sure, his employer and members of medical board will likely be aware. But if this starts to die down, go away with not a peep of an admission or regret from Frank or public awareness due to major media coverage, than I might file an official complaint.
Somewhere it was posted that Meza works as the supervisory physician for over 140 doctors at Kaiser Permanente's East LA office.
Digressing slightly, I was at the hospital visiting a family member a couple of weeks ago, and the attending physician struck up a short conversation with me about running -- he noticed my running shoes, watch, build, etc. and figured I looked like a kindred spirit, I guess. Moreover, it wasn't the first time I've had that experience. It strikes me that a lot of doctors run. In fact, there is some evidence for that impression:

At least among that group, Meza's shenanigans have probably been a subject of conversation between rounds. Whether or not any disciplinary action comes down, Meza knows that his cheating is known and that his reputation in his community is tarnished.

Don't include me in your issues. I am not motivated to do any harm. I mentioned I see flaws with Kaiser, that doesn't make me evil. Can't help it if your conscience bothers you. I'll expand on my opinions when I feel like it too.

Again... The fact that this will completely vaporise his Walter Mitty fantasy bubble and expose him to the ridicule of the very people he's been trying to impress for years, is reason enough to report him. You might think that this sort of negative publicity is nothing, but you are not someone (presumably) whose lifeblood seems to be dependent on impressing others with imaginary achievements.
Never underestimate the size of Frank's ego and the disproportionate amount of distress the deflation of this ego will cause.
The Kaiser Permanente Triathlon was mentioned many pages back. FM finished 3rd OVERALL out of 1,121 on the bike leg.
Either the man time trials like Big Mig, or he cut the course--at an event sponsored by his employer.

Truth is a complete defense in a libel lawsuit. FM has very high hurdles to clear on this subject for any legal action. Then again, maybe he will attempt a World Record attempt in the high hurdles too?
16th fastest run overall too. Nothing suspicious about that at all!
Are you sure about that? According to the results I see from that link he was maybe 3rd on the bike for his age group. Tons of people faster than him. And he's in the 55-59 age group? This was maybe 15 years ago?

Given RP, triathguru, and doubler’s recent backtracking on holding Meza professionally accountable, I wonder if they have been contacted and told to shut it down or else.
66 year old guy runs a 10k split of 37:57 split between the 20k and 30k timing mats. Does this on a day with 88 degree weather. He's scheduled to be in a video interview later that day where he talks about breaking the marathon record for his age group! LA Marathon when notified in 2015 about irregularities and that Frank had been DQ'd from the CIM marathon - "We'll have someone monitor you if you run it next year Frank". Frank doesn't run it in 2016, but does the following three years. Evidence uncovered showing blatant evidence that Frank cut the course, LA Marathon response in 2019 - "We'll have someone monitor you if you run it next year Frank".
Is this just utter incompetence? Is this someone saying, he's an old guy, done so much good, let him keep his ill gained glory? Or is this someone at the LA Marathon taking money under the table?

Before I accuse the race management of taking money (that seems libelous) or of ignoring this or whatever, I'd like to know when they intend to make a decision and what the process is for making such a decision and how they will ultimately announce something. This can't drag on forever but it is certainly possible that they've notified Frank that he has a certain length of time to respond to an accusation, to submit GPS data or something similar before they plan to remove him from the results. Perhaps thirty days? I know that in most cases the accused would not be given that kind of time but we probably all agree that there are some aspects of this that could make race management proceed with a bit of caution and they would not want to look like it was a rush to judgment.
So, when would we reasonably expect this to conclude and how would we even know that it has?

I’m not really assuming anything. I think that is very much in the range of possibilities. I suppose I didn’t articulate that but it certainly is possible, pathetic as that may be.
LAM is quoted in Derrick's 6/3/19 article. I doesn't sound like they're continuing to investigate.
