Why not?My training went as three of us rolling up and down in the foothills for 60 minutes.This is what I called fatlek + copper hill climbing.
We are back on the right foot for the new year resolution training unlike last year we started a little bite late;however. We were able to perform well from that fitness.
This year of 2008 is going to be boys and men running in the race,or A,B,C,D group winners.I will fall into 'A' group believe me.It is not going to be pushing and pulling.It is going to be very smooth all the way to the hoop.

I start off with a race at the beginning of the year as a very resolution.It is going to an enjoyable year in running for me.Moreover it is the 30th annaversary of my four world records in 81days.

NAIROBI - Lucas Sang, a member of the Kenyan 4 x 400m relay quartet at the 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul, became a victim of the countrywide riots when he was hacked to death at his hometown of Eldoret on Tuesday, his colleague said.
Sang, who retired to farming after quitting the track, was killed as he walked home in this western Kenyan town of Eldoret where over 35 people were burned alive inside a church on the same day.
‘He was walking home on foot to his house at Kimumu when he was attacked,’ his business partner and former World 10,000m champion Moses Tanui told AFP on Thursday.
The normally stable east African country has been swept by bloodshed and riots, largely on tribal lines, since fiercely disputed elections last Thursday after which opposition leader Raila Odinga accused President Mwai Kibaki ofcheating his way back into office.
Having started as a 400m runner, Sang later switched to the 800m where he was more at home but due to the fierce competition, he opted to become a pacemaker for fellow Kenyan and foreign athletes before retiring to successful farming in Eldoret.
Sang was among 316 people known Wednesday to have been killed in escalating violence since the election, which has led to international diplomatic efforts to mediate and end the crisis.

Evening section 30 minutes also it is too cold my only on my fingers lip + 28 minutes sitting in a sauna.

Maybe i just don't understand....but why would you go into a dry sauna? isn't that the worst thing an athlete can do, especially right after a run?
To my understanding the only reason anyone does that is to loose weight to meet a weigh-in in wrestling or all the girls who cheat to try and loose weight the day before their weight watchers weigh in.
if there is a good reason i'd be interested to know though!

After this evening in which I ran with the team for 60 minutes at AA track and stretching.I went for 30 minutes dry sauna.I feel great!It is my light of the day and the darkness of the night.
Let me put it this way.I get the lightness of the day and the darkness of the night.I ask myself.Do I make any sense at all?

Oh! You hit the nail right on his head.Juse few hours ago I was doing intervals on a treadmill for 30 minutes + 15 minutes dry sauna.Oh, MY God! It was so painfull from the head to the tail,I was on my toes guys.
You are right I am in the mood of 1978 running world.
I saw myself coming around the corner I am at 150 meters away and straight home to the finish line and I am on the clock 4:38.9 minutes for one mile record.
