The cold morning weather cost me 60 minutes;however,the pace was very wild,those high knees are back to running world.
Run 60m+28mds and stretching every inch of my muscles,it was great despite the cold breathing weahter.

The evening section was toucher than the morning run.
The speed-work-out on a treadmill was too intense-making- too-long-strides-high-knees.I felt it,and I am still feeling it in the heaaaad!!!Running for 30 minutes + 16 minutes all of that makes my head dizzzzzzyyyy!!!!!.

This morning I check in with 60 minutes + 28 minutes dry sauna.I was out of there with dizzyness,because I am doing it with no food in the stomach.
The point is I am getting close to the deadline,it is coming very soon.I promised the world I want to drop alot of weight during Christmas time and new year's eve.

drink lots of water. if you need caffeine drinks for energy, make sure they are calorie and sugar free. Diet Mountain Dew is very good! Green tea of course, and lots of water! Stay the course Henry, stay the course! I want to see you at that Carlsbad 5k this spring, breaking 17 minutes, which you surely will if you are 150 lbs.

My dream is the same anybody else,when I am overweight my world crazy and to be even worse one time I was a champion that puts me twice worse than a regular person.

I look like a runner that is all I can tell you.I ran with one of my athlete this morning for 61 minutes in the foothills.
It was freezing like hell this morning in which it is really good for a runner especially if you are aiming for good time in spring and summer season.
