That’s ok. I think I spilled more Gatorade than I drank. Post-race cramps are not fun. Even with what I drank I just about seized up in the finish area and this was only a half. Haven’t felt that bad after a half since I started running again 8 years ago.

Headed for the Paris HM now, super nervous cause my training has been cr4p since the beginning of February, so I dont even know what time to shoot for.
Oh well. This is just a tune up for the Paris full so I guess it doesn’t matter all that much.
