30k - 17:14 (1:43:21) Linden has cut 18 seconds off deificit over last 5k. Cragg eighth, 25 secs behind leaders.

I've got the live stream going on with the NBC coverage on TV in the background. Helps for times like this when they try to force feed us a story about acceptance and political correctness in the middle of a race.
