Check the photo of him at the start of the Solstice 10k with what "appears" to be a long black t-shirt. I know why he started in the back and did so in many races. It was me who first posted what seemed so obvious but alluded many and I still don't know why (I am off course Oscar).

Now stay with me here as it's gets real tricky.

So he was jogging behind everyone at the beginning, correct? I mean you can't deny it as that's him in the photo. He then passed how many people with not one person seeing him flying by? 500? 450? At least 300 people and that's being extremely conservative.

The lady wearing number 205 is Erin. Erin ran 57:43, 9:18 per mile. Good job Erin and please understand that this is not a dis on you, but I'm merely using your finish time as an example because you are in the photo.

There were over 560 finishers in that race. Not one person saw him stop, remove his hat (which he would have had to have done), throw off his dark shirt to expose his light DRY grey shirt, and then start running again. If you wore a black shirt over a light grey shirt in late June in Michigan it would be more wet than if you just wore the grey shirt alone (simple physics).

Not one person saw him flying by, not one. Coincidence?

To get up to 9th place he would have passed many people, hundreds. I know at least one of the master runners and he would have remembered him going by.

HIs family, friends, trolls, staunch supporters, etc...can not look at the above evidence and say he completed the same course that everyone else did. It's simply an impossibility.

Why would you have a black shirt on over your race shirt for a 10k road race in Michigan in late June? Why not put your number on your shorts like the man in the photo to the far left did? Who would be running at that pace and know that they are going to have to lose time taking off a shirt? Heck he was competing with the top masters. What were they wearing and where did they start in the race? Near the front.

Well, we all know why.

In addition, the theory of him getting lost in this race is all wet...unlike his t-shirt:) When you start that far back you are always passing runners and no one would get lost on that course, trust me. Easy to cut, but get lost on, no way!

If you don't want to be seen, you surely are NOT going to be warming up around anybody as you don't want anyone who might know you to see you, for obvious reasons. Try explaining why you aren't lining up with them versus the back of the pack.

That's why the shoe changing thing is total bullcrap. He was not warming up by the starting line running back and forth, that's horse hockey! He was avoiding the whole area as not to be seen. If he laid shoes down before a marathon, someone see him during this action.

Notice the photo of him coming from the parking lot? That alone should explain it as that's the plan people.

I realize trollist, etc...are just losers and I don't even read their posts as I'd rather be cutting the grass or digging a ditch. But for those who really don't get it, I hope my example of one race helps you to better understand. If the race director disqualified me from a 10k race, I'd be protesting to the nth degree as I'd never cheat. According to what I've read, Kip didn't even respond to the race director. That alone should speak volumes.

So 14yo (at the time) Jack Dolan, remembers four years later that an anonymous (to him at the time) 47yo ran 17:16 ahead of him and never cheated and he knows cos he had him in sight (and remembers him for some reason), interesting.

You're making it way too complicated. At the start I saw him and wondered why he was up front cause he looked so old. During the race he was the only dude ahead of me who had on a big baggy long sleeve shirt so he was easy to see. I kept thinking he'd come back to me cause he was old, but he never did. After the race I looked at the results to see how old he was & I noticed his name cause it was different. Recently when I saw this thread I knew I'd heard that name before & it all started to come back.

I looked at most of the runners in front and back of Kip in this race. Maybe about half appeared to have more sweat than him. But the other half looked similar to Kip as far as sweat level goes. Are you accusing them of cheating also? These photos are not a reliable measure of sweat and to pretend that it is would be misleading. Using alleged sweat level to indicate cheating is quite a stretch and rather ridiculous. How about you locate some REAL evidence, like an eye-witness? This is one of the most far fetched claims I've ever seen.

That's what I thought. From where he started, he'd have to run just over 5 minute pace the whole race to finish where he did. Yeah, that's not evidence. Your sir are an idiot.

Trust me, no one who is for Kip, whether it's Kip or a troll is going to be able to answer your easy questions.

No one in his potential range could have started that far back and ended up in 9th. And the black shirt that he's wearing over his race t-shirt and number, NO ONE WOULD DO THAT IN JUNE & NO ONE COULD COME UP WITH A LOGICAL REASON AS TO WHY. He cheated and was disqualified for his actions.

Most of the facts, as they've been presented in this thread, remind me of the experiment where one person whispers a short story into the ear of somebody else, and this scenario is repeated 9 times. The 10th person then says what they've hear from person #9 and, invariably, it's nothing like the original story. Stuff gets lost in translation.

Regarding above: Dr. David Kip Litton was offered many, many opportunities to explain what happened, offer his side of the story. In some instances he elected not to respond and in all others gave explanations that were implausible. In other instances his answers were laughable. He couldn't explain himself. He offered nothing to plausibly refute accusations of others. Nothing. You know what happens to people like that in a court of law? Yep, the evidence & testimony gets them sentenced. He's guilty of serial race cheating. His sentence was public humiliation.
