There was a thread on the expectation for Chebet in this race, and I think 80% or more had her 1) besting Tsegay and 2) breaking 3:52 or better. 3:54 is a nice run, but it's a mortal run and more than a few people were expecting something immortal from her. I'm surprised more people won't admit to being a bit deflated that she didn't stay in closer contact with Tsegay and ultimately close her down. I don't care that it was her first serious 1500.
