I have another company who have interest in this book.Japanes guy dont want someone else put hands on this book.They want to start a movie project right away as we talk.I just leave it up this person(Japanes guy).I am not worried about it because he has the job to do in his hands.

Henry Rono has master mile record in his hands coming in future.The rest will fall in the place,that is all I can ask for.

I feel I have recovered from weight training and Duke City marathon.However,I put in 70 minutes + 15 minutes is enough for my mental training.

Today I am exercing visual training in which I am working on the self-concepts.It is going to take alot of strainers effort to do it.I reduce long runs efforts today. I get the energy strength to have tunnel vision effort.

The guy who said he couldn't put Henry's book down is right. After reading about John Chaplin, I cannot fathom how he could get a job anywhere in the sport of track and field. That guy was a crook.

Today I hit 91 minutes + exercise weight training I am working hip abductors/adductors harmstrings and triceps + 15 minutes dry sauna. I enjoyed it and it takes care of my life today.By tomorrow I will create something;however,I go by day-to-day feelings this generation.

I did 88:30 minutes + 12:30 minutes dry sauna.

I felt great;however,stomatch problem on the way back.It was my problem because I ate something before I started running,I believed did sit probpably in my belly,it was too much acid in my stomatch.

Hello, Henry... I haven't posted in awhile, but I'm glad to hear the book is out and people are reading it and that you're still training and are happy and healthy.

By the way, I talked with the "Japanese guy" (Nobby) here in Japan on 10/20. He met with various people from the Japanese running magazines, and they said that there isn't much interest in a Japanese translation of "Olympic Dream." Unfortunately, the average person (and even many dedicated runners) don't know about Henry Rono. The most well-know runners are naturally Japanese, followed by foreigners who have run well in Japan -- Frank Shorter, Abebe Bikila, Juma Ikangaa, Catherine Ndereba. As I understand, you only ran here once and the result was not so good.

However, Nobby said that there MAY be interested in an article or excerpt from your book for a "Legends" series one of the magazines is working on. Contact Nobby if you want to follow up on this.

I'll be in the States for Christmas, and I'm looking forward to getting my copy of "Olympic Dream."

Oh,Yeah! Come back to the united States and have fun with us during Christmas;however, you need put on some few road races here and there to changed the climate of communication in the running world to roll in the good direction.

Never mine what you heard in that part of the world.Things are rolling down to the right hole this time around.

This afternoon I did 96 minutes + 10 minutes dry sauna + 10 minutes whirlpool on these exercise it changes my climate of Olympic Dream come true.

Running on the grass for 60 minutes + 15 miuntes exercises weight + 15 minutes steamroom.All of that puts me into mode-of-focus and be-able-to related the work of mental and physical capacities-in school assignments.
