What do you mean? Is it suppose to have some kind of a taste?
Henry
Is it any good?!?!?!?! How can it not be good? It's real life experiences about a truly unique and gifted individual. I'm excited about reading the book, just so i can understand what Henry's about. He's definitely "old school", but what makes him that way? We know how he trains, but why? The thing i really love about reading Henry's writings, is how simple his philosophy is. He doesn't talk about "steady state", tempo runs, VO2 max, nutrition, and other scientific methods for training. He listens to his body and does what his body tells him to do. No preconceived notions about he should be training.
I wish i had Henry's determination. I'm 43 years old, and i can't fathom training like Henry does. Running up and down Copper Hills for hours at a time must hurt like a SOB for someone young and fit, so think what Henry is feeling. This man is 55 years old, and he's putting his body through hell, but he loves it! How exciting is that? When my body hurts, my mind tells me to slow down and back off. When Henry's body hurts, his body tells him to push through it. There is no "give up" in this man!

Tell them I listen to my body.It hurts, but it feels good for me.I communicate with my body, back off, move on,slow down, run fast and so on,until the light is up, What have you? You guys stop making complications when life is easy for me in running world.

Today let us talk about running feelings VS emotions.
1)Why do you run?
2)What was the purpose for running?
3)Where was the origin of running?
4)Why one need coaching to run?
Henry
1: Not much is real anymore.
2: To feel alive. Connect to something lost by industry.
3: Evolutionary survival.
4: Coaching should be only done by other runners whom are on the same journey the aerobic few are on. Good coaching is good advice based on "the feel" you get when running.

Try to answer these question specifically, rather than superficial.Make a good shot at it through the wall and you will get the right answers.Dont be scared.

By the time I am 85 minutes I am on the Candelaria uh-uh I say to my self I need to be by Tramway and here I am 95 minutes heading south this time around once again I close my eyes I was in Copper Rd I look at my watch I have 121 minutes.I made last left turn heading east for four minutes. It was my apartment, I have the total minutes of 125 minutes. That was it! I am eating grapes right now as we speak. It is good for the head and the stomatch.
