McCormick isn't running, so you can forget Morpeth.

Any suggestions as to who will make the ekiden teams ? Riley/Brown and Sian Edwards already selected.

Gold - NEB - Will win easliy by a long way! - So agree
Silver - Belgrave - Same agree but will be close to 3rd
Bronze - AFD - If Thompson is flying I think this will give the edge over the other teams. They are just as solid as the others you mentioned!
The rest!!
4th - Wells -If they get out a full squad I think they will be close.
5th - Alty- Again will require everyone to be out and fit.
6th - Birchfield - I think they will be around 6th
7th - Morpeth - If McCormick is not running then 7th
8th - Notts - Solid but not amazing team!
9th - Blackheath - seem to have a good developing squad Skinner will need to run well but again few stars.
10th - Bedford - I don't think they have any runners who will challenge and will only manage around 10th
Any comments from the gravy boats, sorry meant gravy BOYS.

The Aldershot team at the Southerns that saw off Benita Johnson, Sonia O'Sullivan and Winchester seemed pretty frisky, so I'd go for them.
Wish we'd enter a ladies team for once. I think we'd be one of the best there...
Lizzy Hall ( National XC champ)
Liz Braithwaite ( finalist at AAA 800m indoors and a really good athlete, would be a step up but she'd deal with it)
Laura Cowley low 2:50s marathoner and sub 1:20 HMer
Sarah Campbell low 2:50s marathoner
and yet we've never enetered a team to my knowledge :S.
Bristol and West are going to be up there I imagine. How strong are they this year?
The womens will be between Aldershot, Charnwood, Chester le Street and Winchester.
The mens is a one horse race, but the womens looks like it will be a much more competitive race. If Charnwood have all their top guns out then they won't get beaten, but i reckon Aldershot will edge it otherwise.
Should be an interesting day.
Gooooooooooooooo Bedford!
Bedford will be higher than tenth, strongest Bedford team since we got bronze in 2003!
Northern boys are soft its been proven!
is Dick van Dyke flying in for Bedford?
No its a pure bedfordshire team!
Go Bedford!!! Yeah
Only if you include David Bedford from the 1970s.
sshhhtopp sshhhtoppp wiv zeesh allegations...

No medal for belgrave, who predicted that!
any results???
Newham strolled it, Farah was on last leg and they were already miles in front. Well done to the Midlands for a strong showing. Tipton 2nd. Bristol 3rd. Belgrave 4th. I think it was then Morpeth, AFD, Bedford, Sale, Wells Leeds, Altrincham, Kent, but dont hold me to that
