What happened with Yemi John? She didn't make it out of her heat, but she's still clearly better than these no-name GB sprinters with Dina and Keely. Plus, she's run so many good legs for USC.

Yes where is she? I’m pretty confused about the athletes we entered in to this race. Bit of an embarrassment.
They’re just angry Keeley handled Werro, tbh. It’s the only way they can lash out right, by hoping to create some doubt. Mu would’ve handled Keeley by tripping her and Werro and Wiley.
People are obsessed with Mu as a what could’ve been” because she never got there to prove them right or wrong so can cling to the idea she would break the world record if only she’d stayed focused. Keely at her best form now wipes the floor with Mu at her best but it’s the “what if” myth.
for anybody wondering, i believe keely's split was 50.1
They’ve said it was the quickest leg of any of the quartets but that can’t be right? 50.1
Well the context is Poland and the Netherlands led off with their fastest runners who waited until the last 50 to pass the US leg.. The US ran their best second and she ran 50.87 but had to go wide to make 2 passes. Keely ran great and got the benefit of running the whole thing in lane 1 with no traffic.

I think Netherlands would have won if they swapped Klaver to the last leg. Having her start is fine when they have Bol to finish it off, but now they didn't have that strong anchor.
I wonder if that means she has made her sole focus this summer taking down the 43-year-old world record in the women’s 800m. If so, I welcome the decision.

You forget that Keely has been taking bicarb for the past couple years. That's the biggest reason she's running faster than what Mu did in 2021 and 2022.
Think that race goes to show how fast Keely could go with better pacing outdoors. Within half a second of her world record completely by herself and without the ridiculously quick opening 400. The 200-600 split was only 59.2 so to run 1:55.3 off that is incredibly impressive. With a pacer taking her as far as possible (600?), I could see her getting close to the outdoor WR.
From her and Georgia’s IG posts they are in crazy shape. Lots of posts of the two of them stumbling and collapsing after hard intervals. They both make it look easy on race day, but they have spent months in a pain cave to get this fitness. It has paid off for both of them.
Saw one of Keely literally crawling on all fours between reps 5 and 6 of what looked like 6x150m flat out with guys...

Any of Kersee’s favored pets running for that crew is on more than bi-carb. And Mu simply became a head case. She felt she could slack off in training after reaching the top and feeling Kersee’s dubious methods would keep her there while training half-heartedly. Whoops!

Doesn't Keely train in the same group as Georgia Hunter Bell, one of the most sus runners in the sport?
Ato Boldon saying Athing Mu is the only person who can handle Keely in her form was one of the funniest things I've heard in a while.
Funny but true. Athing can convince Keely that trying to continue to be the best is not worth all the pain and suffering, there are other things aside from running, and that she can coast through the rest of her contract. Keely takes the advice= situation handled.

there seems to be a cult of personality surrounding Kersee's athletes - fans will hear nothing negative about them and assume they can win whatever they want
