But all that said, what a brilliant, brilliant racer. That was a masterclass. He always delivers when it matters most, fair play to him.
Completely agree. If you follow all of his movements and positioning through the race and compare those to Hocker's, it shows you why he tends to medal every single major championship. His awareness of what needs to be done at the different times of the races is uncanny. He may then have the energy at the end or not, but it is no for lack of smart running (vs. Hocker).
