PSA: don’t let your kids go to Lake Erie unless you want them to get harassed- Then when they speak up about it, they get punished. Sad sad sad excuse of an institution.

LEC coach Moran came to LEC with a purpose: to be the best. So she decided to be the best at taking up the bottom of every list, and be the best at being a horrible person.

As someone who passively follows the GMAC I had forgotten Lake Erie was in the league and existed. Got them confused with the defunct Notre Dame College.

There is no such thing as following the GMAC passively. You either are a degenerate or you don’t follow it at all. No middle ground. Also, Lake Erie is very forgettable, even to degens.

Guess whos back b!tches. Did you miss me. As we approach GMAC week everyone has been on edge for some predictions so lets hop right into it.

5k: We have a little bit of a toss up here depending on what RAMOOOOOOOOOON does. if he run, by and away the heavy favorite. If not, it will be a battle between Louis, Geist, Houghton, and Phillips. With Ramon, Im predicting Ramon, Geist, Louis. Without...Give me Geist for the win.

DMR: A$$Land will daddy smack everyone if they run their A squad. If not it will get interesting. Theoretically Kuhn can close on everyone but Ramon by roughly 10 seconds so doubt count out Hillsdale if they are in striking distance. However I dont think it will be enough to get it done anyway. Give me either Northwood or even crazy darkhorse Cedarville if A$$land does not run their sqaud.

3k: Ramon will win this hands down. The real fight is for second and third. Tiffin has a good squad and could potentially sweet the podium. But do we see some magic from the president at his last indoor conference meet. Give me Ramon, Schmidt, then Louis or Grindrod to take the podium.

Mile: Really their are two scenarios here. One makes it very interesting, and the other makes it incredibly boring. If Ramon does not run, Kuhn wins with Vales in second. Im guessing both go under 4:05. If he does we may be in for a great race. Kuhn was multiple seconds ahead of Ramon at GVSU but faded down the stretch. With Ramon sitting at 17th nationally and Kuhn 24th, the pace is going to be fast. If Kuhn can find it in the last lap, I give it to him. If not, Ramon wins. Vales brings in the bronze.

800: The Race of the meet in my opinion. Thress, Sultan and Pumneo are a three-headed monster. Thress has looked so good the last three meets it is hard to bet against. However, I have a feeling Sultan might just pull off the upset. Give me Sultan, Thress, the Pumneo in that order. Will we also once again see a surprise 800m race from Kuhn this year? If so I dont think it changes much but will make this a little more interesting.

also by the looks of the GMAC this year i would bet my life savings on the DMR being a snooze fest this year and everyone racing individual events.

The DMR is going to be an interesting toss up, specifically for that third place spot. The 3000 also looks interesting because a lot those who were in the final last year will not be in the fast heat this year.
