This is how wokes like you argue on this topic. "intersex people exist, so therefore transgenderism is valid"
I haven’t seen anyone make that argument, probably because it doesn’t make sense. Simps who don’t have a lot of sense might hear it like that. It’s because said simps think anything in the mind is fake, almost as if they lack object permanence: if you can’t physically see it, it doesn’t exist.
In the context of sport, some folks, especially but not just the transphobic type, would argue that an XY DSD athlete with male genitalia, undescended or otherwise, is little different from a transwoman in terms of physiological advantages, which is not an unreasonable or implausible stance (though not one definitively answered by today’s science), so it is not clear where along the continuum to draw a line delineating trans and intersex. The transphobes might use this argument to exclude while the transympathetic might use it to include, so it’s neither here nor there.

Then you aren't well-versed in the debate on this issue. "Some people are intersex so gender has never been a binary!!!" is an argument trans activists make quite frequently. If you spend any time at all in the world of the debate on this issue, you'll see it often enough.

I can’t seriously care about your judgment. You seem to be confusing gender and sex, so maybe you should read up some more before coming back foaming.
a person with a certain combination of sex characteristics, commonly including two X chromosomes in the cell nuclei, a vagina, a uterus and ovaries, and enlarged breasts developed at puberty.
This means not every woman has all the characteristics listed above. And some people who have some of the characteristics listed above may not be women.
Let's start with two X chromosomes. People with Turner syndrome have only one X, are they women or not? People with Kleinfelter have two Xs, are they women or not? How about people with XX male syndrome?
Some people with Vagina have XY chromosomes. Are they women or not? The same with people who develop breast at puberty. Interestingly, at least one person with Kleinfelter developed breast at puberty, and "transitioned" to female although the person was assigned male at birth.
That's why the definition says "commonly." Not every woman fits into those "common" characteristics.
As for Lia Thomas... that's a different topic.
Obviously, cases like Mboma and Semenaya are rare, and should b dealt with differently.
Watching the arguments devolve into liberals trying to find the rarest medical condition to justify Lia Thomas, and all the other straight up XY males with penises competing against females. And yet you have nearly every democratic member of Congress, and every liberal judge that sides with Lia Thomas.
I never said Thomas should be allowed to compete against cis women. I am glad FINA and USA Swimming made Thomas ineligible in their competitions.
I was simply debunking the simpleton argument that sex is binary and easy to determine. It isn't.
Here is a hallmark of Trumpers. Anyone who does not agree with me is a "lib" who believes the exact opposite of everything I believe.
These statements apply to the vast majority of the population. Just because there are exceptions doesn't mean that it doesn't hold for the average person.
And by the way, the only type of "woman" (if you're able to define one) is a "cis woman". Anything else isn't a woman.
Klinefelter = feminine male. Hence, this person is transgender
So should this person be allowed to use a women's locker room? She has two XX chromosomes and naturally developed breast.
If not, should she be forced to use a men's locker room?
How about public restrooms? Would anyone in the restroom notice what she has between her legs?
It's really offensive to decree that boys and men with Klinefelter syndrome (KS) are all "transgender" and to refer to them with "she" and "her" pronouns.
I thought it was a given today that individuals should be the ones to decide whether they "identify as" transgender, or whether they have a gender identity of any kind at all.
Slapping gender identity labels on other individuals - and decreeing entire groups of people like guys with KS to be transgender - based on your own impressions and beliefs is arrogant and rather obnoxious too.
Persons with Klinefelter syndrome are simply males born with an extra X chromosome. This means their karyotype is 47,XXY instead of 46,XY, which is the "normal" male karyotype. Boys with KS come into the world with entirely normal-looking and normally-developed male genitalia, although their testes might be on the smaller side.
Boys and men with Klinefelter syndrome have the male-determining SRY gene that other males have, along with the rest of standard male genetics, male hormone receptors, and all the usual internal male reproductive organs. They do not have any female reproductive organs, other kinds of female organs, female hormone receptors, female genetics, etc.
According to the UK's NHS, "Most boys and men with Klinefelter syndrome will not be significantly affected and can live normal, healthy lives.Infertility tends to be the main problem, although there are treatments that can help."
Men who refer to boys and men with Klinefelter syndrome with "she" and "her" pronouns and suggest, even in jest, that they should be using women's locker rooms and toilets are not only showing total disregard for the female half of the population - they are engaging in and encouraging thinking that is "othering," disrespectful, unfairly discriminatory, intolerant and exclusionary of guys with KS and other differences/disorders of male sex development too.
These statements apply to the vast majority of the population. Just because there are exceptions doesn't mean that it doesn't hold for the average person.
Sex isn’t strictly binary. Human rights and the Fourteenth are not just for people who are near average, but for everybody.

The world is not that simple.

The world is not that simple.
But a hallmark of your posting history is that you paint those who disagree with you as right-wing, ill-informed, unreasonable, dim-witted nincompoops whose views about sex are, according to you, hopelessly outdated and wholly unscientific.
For example, just now you said you're "debunking the simpleton argument that sex is binary." In the next breath you brought up "Trumpers."
You also constantly insult the bulk of the earth's adult human female population by calling us "cis women" and insisting that we belong in the same sex, sports, legal and social category as XY athletes with disorders of male sex development like Dutee Chand and Caster Semenya.

You have consistently failed to produce any reference to any neutral reliable source attesting to Chand’s karyotype, so it’s high time you put up or shut up.
The Transgender debate is not in the same universe as The Intersex debate.
Im pretty damn sure intersex females are extremely discourage that transgender mtf keep grouping them into their myriad of arguments and box...
At the end of the day what would seem like the only one that loses every time on this are women.
This seems to be a topic that will never ever be resolved.
The initial reasoning behind this post was that you had 17 to 20 year old young women leaving their homes to go to a college to compete in collegiate sports who were in The women's locker room at their most vulnerable state, without protection of any monitoring for obvious reasons then exposed to a man with testicles and a penis who said "I think I'm a female", who had a problem with it. What I've seen is argument after argument of why a naked man with balls and a penis should be parading around 17 to 20 year old college children and how many of you think that this is normal. For those who see the underlying problem with this gosh there's almost a fear to even speak the obvious and what'll probably end up happening is collegiate female athletes are just going to boycott sporting events. No one wants to touch this one.

That's right. This person with Kleinfelter has all the rights to decide how she identifies herself. Here is the headline of the article I linked.
I Leave The House And Everyone Thinks I’m Woman, So Who Cares What I Have In My Pants?
I know actually reading an article someone else posted is beneath the Great RunRagged. But it is obvious enough from the headline alone that this person identifies as female. Here is an interview she did with another transgender person.
For #TransAwarenessWeek - Cambell Kenneford and Brooke Moore are in the studio, talking about their lives, their experiences in the Genderquake house and jus...
Are you denying this person's right to identify as female because of your impression and beliefs? Do you find that arrogant and obnoxious, or is that okay because you are the Great RunRagged?
The rest of your verbose post is one giant non-sequitur.

And your point is??? That's an ideological manifesto by an activist, published in an activist website.
People like him believe every human's worth is only measured by their ability to procreate. For them, that's the most important reason for our existence. That's why they insist gays and lesbians are "unproductive." (They don't reproduce.) That's why they are against abortion and even birth control. (They believe women are "baby making machines.") That's why they are against gender affirming care. (Those cares compromise the patients' ability to reproduce.)
