The snails pace for 90 minutes plus 15 minutes takes care of my day today. This is my prescription drug I have to take it and I am addicted to it.I cant live with out it.
Henry
Henry be sure to factcheck the entries this publisher posts. They have been known to be loose with the facts. T read some of the authors bios and there is a whole lot of deep crap written there.
Sorry I missed it but who did the actual writing and editing of your words? I look forward to reading it in the near furure.

The last time I spoke with you was last spring when I was in Austin Texas half-marathon run.
How is Patti doing?
I know what you meant. These guys keep loosing the facts;however, somewhere along the line things will fall in one place-No worries-Keep on kicking. The good light will fall on us sooner or later in life.I just keep on breathing.
Henry
Patti's all busy with raising bunnies but she seems to be pain free and running better after a long drawn out struggle with injuries. I had lunch with her husband today as a matter of fact.Did you know that Dan won the 50+ masters steeple at this years UST&F Masters Champs
I'll give Patti a shout and see if I can get her to say hi.

Skuj
Skuj-long time no heard-what have you been doing-kicking us in running-how is the weather in Canada? I did my 90 minutes plus lighter exercise weight training on the upper body plus a little bite on quads + 15 minutes sauna.
I need the teenagers muscles to break masters mile record.
You know for me is 4:40.4 minutes it is too close in my eyes-mind,but too far on the physical movement.I will get there next year in spring or summer of 2008.
Henry
To wineturle
I did 70mru + 15msa + 10mwl + 5mex + 5mst=100 minutes. I felt great running at 5 am in the morning.
I am getting ready for the winter season. It is very easy to lose weight in the winter season than in the summaer.
Have a nice day.
Henry
Good Morning Henry!!
Tom dropped me an email to let me know you asked for me. How nice!
"HI"! Aaron and Raven send along big smiles of "HI HENRY!" to you.
Raven was running with some older girls and they found it difficult to believe that she ran with Henry Rono! LOL! "No way"! They said. A running highlight running with you. Something she'll always cherish.
Glad to see you're doing fantastic. Running, your long awaited book is out..CONGRATULATIONS! And what a beautiful cover. NICE!!
I missed the whole Summer of running time. I had hip and back problems along with the residual after effects of Lyme Diease. I'm running now for a week. Feels wonderful to run again, especially without pain.
Looking forward to your mile. I'd love to be there to cheer you on!
Keep on keeping on Henry!
Perhaps we'll meet run again during our travels. :)
In Joy,
Patti

I am going there(Copper Hills) today,I was thinking about that last night. My quads tells me go ahead and do it.I will burn alot of fat.
My body tells me by next January 2008, I will have all my normal running weight of 1978.
What do you think after you feel that?
It is the way my body talks to me.I cant ignore that,I have to listen to it.But I can ignore if my body tells me to go and drink alcohol.I wouldnt listen to that I know better now.
I am glad finally my body is heading to the right track.I am heading out now for the hill repeats. It is getting cold here nowadays.
Finally I made the right turn in life.

I did like I told you this morning, I will be at Copper Hill for the hill repeats.
34mwp + 62mhc + 19mcd = 115 minutes
It has been a long time since I did it.I was dragging my feet afterwords.
Those muscle memories does take awhile to recall the high knees leg strides;however, after few of them, I was back on my usual traditional rhythm of hill climbing.
Right now as we speak my stomatch is crawling but not for food.It is enzymes killing fat for food in my belly, because I dont feel hungery.I feel contend and well focus.
Henry
Hey Henry. (And Patti!!!) :)

Are you on the road with your book?
Hi Skuj!
The best shape in 6 years? N I C E!
I find Henry's thread is wonderful and very inspiring, too.
Henry,
I've tried this number 1-888-280-7715
No luck. Is there another way to order the book?

Hodgie
What is 'grandy pace'?
This past weekend I did my first long run of 60-minutes at a very controlled pace, keeping my pulse under 133BPM.
Is that how you do it?
Should I run 70 or 80 minutes this weekend, or go right up to 2 hours?
I was not too sore the next day which surprised me.
Thank you.
