The athlete rejected FSU as their school of choice. Which caused what sounds to be a totally unprofessional response by the FSU coach.

In fact the school the athlete selected advised the athlete they would need to take summer classes to remain NCAA eligible. FSU told said athlete don't worry about summer courses you're all good, which gave this person a funky vibe as to validity of what FSU was saying.

Pretty obvious that you don't know the throws. Juan de la Garza at Texas A & M holds open try outs for the javelin yearly and has found some awesome talents (and then trained them really well) that developed into Big12 scorers and All-Ams.

If Nobles is willing to leave FSU after being there since 1977, that is a huge loss. There has been a lot of talk about head coach Bob Braman's mental status. Looks like it's become an unbearable issue down there in Tallahassee.

He was probably driven over the edge having to defend all of Harnden's thug athletes, of which there have been many.

You stated it won't happen, it's the PAC 12. I am telling you that it happens more than you think. Another person on this board cited TAMU and Coach De La Garza as a guy who does this a lot. I know of a coach on the east coast who goes to the baseball and softball tryouts to find javelin throwers and has turned several of them into national qualifiers. It's not "standard" by any means, but it happens. At a large state school, you've got a big enough pool of kids walking around who don't realize they have a certain talent or were vastly under coached and under trained in HS.

Now let's gossip about who's getting what job and why they don't deserve it!!!

If we've got the same friends, the NCAA is going back and talking to coaches, athletic trainers and staff, some of which aren't even there any more. Also pulling recruiting files up to 3 years old. I guess it looks like a full audit. Something's going to happen, they (NCAA) don't spend that much time on something and come up empty handed. This could shake up the whole board again. If that entire staff goes there's going to be a lot of movement.

Now why would Harden live FSU to go to PSU. Did you see the kids he brought in this year? The best thing that PSU could do is to name Coach G as the Director. He ran/coached that team anyways while BAS was politicking which is what she does best.
