My running today was very unusual. I did 50 minutes which kept me awake all day for studying and doing homeworks.

I didnt wear myself up this early morning run.I safe it for the book reading.It was for my mind battery rechardged.

I am preparing for manual training book coming out December 2008.So, I need that mental capacity of research paper to do the technical writing assignment.

Yeah!tomorrow is going to be a big day for me.Run and Run! All-day!!!!!.By then my batteries will be all recharged ready to hit it!!!

The ninty five minutes feels great plus +fifteen minues sauna+ eight and half minutes steam room.All of that it takes care of early morning run.Now it is time for cat nap,when I get up,I will go for abdominal and mental training.

How are you quads and hamstrings Henry? Are you going to keep your mileage high through the winter? I like to have your wise words in my head while I run... what is your mental training?

I have not problems with quads and harmstring as we speak,I thought you knew that,it disappeared last month when I was in Europe.

I just checked out the authorhouse.com website and I'm very curious about it. I'm about 75% done writing a novel, and am considering self-publishing as an option (if the traditional route of "get a literary agent and be rejected 98% of the time" does not work out).

You do realize that Rono is neither the publisher nor the author of this book, and will not get more than a few hundred dollars from the book sales?

I am working on persentage now.How much should go to educate the abuse generation.
